It was my wife's appointment. The employees in the store were courteous, kind, helpful, and overall awesome. They helped my wife choose eye glasses that looked very nice on me. Please let them be aware of how positive the experience was for my wife. The cost was very reasonable.

Walked in with glasses that wouldn’t even stay on my face and left being able to look at my phone with glasses on again. Mary fixed my horribly stretched out glasses and even gave me a case to help protect them! Everyone here is so kind and attentive. Will definitely be back for any future optical needs 👁️❤️

I went to the Warwick LensCrafters and everyone was very helpful. I had my eyes checked and purchased glasses and Ava the girl who did the pretests was very helpful and explained the machines. The eye doctor was great, when my eye doctor retired I was worried about going to a chain store but I couldn’t have gotten better service. When it was time to get my glasses Jess and Lou helped me and they were great as well. I will be going back each year for my yearly exams and glasses!

This is the BEST place to go get glasses. Not only is it a super easy location to get to with it being in a big shopping mall, but it has the best selection out of any of the other lens crafters I’ve been to. The staff there is incredible and each time I’m in there, I’m welcome in and helped immediately. Overall, I highly recommend this location! Anytime I need frames, an eye exam, or just to peruse the selections this is where I go.

Unfortunately, I came in one day early for my appointment, not realizing that it was scheduled for tomorrow. I have an important medical appointment tomorrow and would have been unable to keep that appointment, and I was very upset about the confusion. But they were incredibly accommodating, very compassionate about my circumstances, very professional, very thorough and very kind. From the Receptionist to the optometrist to the opticians, everyone went out of their way to treat me well and I could not be more grateful. Thank you all so much!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
