Unfortunately, we were having issues with our insurance coverage and essentially were being told by Wageworks (Cobra) that we would have to wait an excessive amount of time before it was resolved. Edward was patient throughout this stressful time while providing us with reassurance that he would give us enough medications until our coverage was established. In addition to Edward's exceeding commitment to providing exceptional customer service, he is always friendly and has a great sense of humor. Edward is certainly a valuable asset to Stop and Shop and should be recognized for both his service and commitment to patients.
