  Right is charging extra unexplained bills over 1.5 years after I stopped going there. When I was a patient they randomly deleted my account so that I had to restart as a new patent and pay the ridiculously high new patient appointment fee TWICE for the same 30 minute appointment I never needed, I just needed my prescriptions filled. Do not use this service, it’s disorganized and when you get someone on the phone tbey can’t help you figure out where the new bills are coming from.

  Ricbt will keep randomly charging your account for charges their staff cannot even explain. After the second $450 pull it made out of our account and without any further details from staff it took us having to cancel our card and claim them as fraudulent and am still waiting for our money to be returned. If you are the type of person that can't afford unexpected payments to just randomly draft out of your account please do not use. We are still waiting for an explanation and return of funds...

  I am giving RICBT OF RI 3 stars. Dr. Bowary is excellent as is Rosie at the Warwick location, but the wait time to speak with a receptionist is completely unacceptable. The wait time today was over 1 hour. At that point, I had no choice but to leave a message. That is not unusual. All calls for Warwick are made to the main number for RICBT and must be forwarded to the Warwick office. There is a faulty dial by name choice, in that the Warwick office and Dr. Bowary are not listed. You cannot input their names. There is also a complete lack of interdepartmental coordination for services. That is particularly problematic because crucial treatment cannot be obtained. That is completely unacceptable.
