From the ordering process to delivery has been wonderful. Our technician Matt who did our delivery and setup today was absolutely awesome. Not only was he extremely personable and great with my daughter, He went over everything with us and made sure everything was perfect and fitted. This is no easy feat as we had both a stander and a medical stroller delivered and my daughter is a wild one (isn't all two years olds). We would totally recommend NSM and will continue to go through them for our DMEs

She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional with lots of ideas for a new chair. I am really looking forward to collaborating with her on my next wheelchair. 🙂
