- AAAllie AJul 2, 20224.0Dr banki and his assistant was amazing, however the front desk people were unpleasant which seems to be a consistency in these reviews, I work in customer service myself, and that would never fly. Definitely need a change in their front desk staff, sometimes their just too worn out to do it, I'd switch places just because of the front desk staff honestly.

I've been a patient there myself and as a result I've referred many people who have also had successful outcomes and positive experiences, which prompted me to write this review. I've had work done with both Drs. Banki and Paletta and they were gentle and thorough...I never felt rushed. I did extensive research before selecting an oral surgeon (which I recommend) and both doctors have EXCELLENT credentials which is most important when selecting your doctor. Both doctors uniquely hold dental and medical degrees from an excellent medical school. I was also impressed to find out Dr. Banki is also board certified in plastic surgery. After selecting them for my procedure I was beyond happy with my results. Their staff is professional, kind and attentive, and their office is beautifully decorated and CLEAN! I highly recommend.
- ETErin ThompsonAug 10, 20151.0Got my wisdom teeth out, I am 21 When I went to the consult I brought my mother since she would be bringing me the day of the surgery and they talked primarily to her instead of me about the risks and procedure, despite that it was happening to me and I had to consent, not her. When I made a comment about being on some medications and having other health issues it was brushed off and ignored. The day of the prep team was extremely rude and ignorant. Of the 7 people preping me no one talked to me, introduced themselves or told me what they were doing or what to expect when I woke up. When someone attempted my iv they dug for the vain that the doctor told him to use (despite saying he thought another would have been better and easier) when he couldn't find it the doctor grabbed his arm with the needle still in my arm to help dig, OUCH! The leads they attached didn't properly monitor me, they kept flat lining and beeping that I had tachycardia and that my spO2 was only 50% but Boone bothers adjusting them Worst doctor experience of my life I would NOT reccomend to anyone
