- ANAlexandria NelsonJul 9, 20251.0Office was overbooked. My 93 yr old grandmother with advanced dementia waited one hour in the waiting room and another 20 min in the chair. Dentist came in and barely greeted her. Did not spend any time explaining or introducing him self. Came at her with a huge needle with no explanation and was surprised when she screamed. No bedside manner what so ever. Did not even have the decency to apologize for the one hour delay. This was a disappointing visit. we won’t be returning.

- DFDean FurstApr 26, 20231.0I WOULD SUE THIS PLACE. THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME If it was possible to give this 0 stars I would have. This place destroyed my mouth. I had a root canal done on a front tooth elsewhere and my original dentist said I didn't need a crown. 2 years later asks me if I want to do the crown. The crown was placed but my tooth broke off. I then also got referred to THIS PLACE for an implant to replace it. I was warned NOT TO LET THEM PLACE THE IMPLANT SAME DAY AS REMOVAL. I asked about it and they said "no, others only say that because they don't know how to do it properly" So he did it same day. 3 days later MY IMPLANT CAME LOOSE IN MY JAW. I go back and he said I need a bone graft. Okay thats fine. BUT RIGHT AFTER THAT THE ADJACENT TOOTH IS NOW LOOSE!!!!!!! I tried to call about it and they tried telling me it was going to be 2 weeks before they'll get me in. What a joke this place is. At that point I refused to go back and I was TERRIFIED of any dentist from there it. I have NEVER been scared of the dentist.

The front desk staff that morning were more helpful. The office sent me a gift the day after to wish me well in my recovery. This just changed the flavor of the interaction. I do hope they remain consistent because I have no doubt that the oral surgeons are highly skilled. (OLDER REVIEW) Whatever level of skill the dental surgeons have, is overshadowed by the lack of courtesy by the patient coordinating and billing staff. This is a problem with practices that grow, they get so busy; the staff gets overwhelmed, and all of a sudden, they take their stress out on the patients. The very patients that enable the practice to grow and employ them. They start losing sight of the fact that they exist to provide treatment to patients, who have their insurance companies through their dental benefits, pay the practices, and out of pocket, too. I called to provide my card for downpayment and was met with a condescending tone for not remembering with whom I was speaking prior (rudely talking down to me ("There's so many of us here!") and address: (Hon"? Diner?). They use "Ma'am" with a very aggressive tone. I am on the fence now as I need surgery but not at the expense of being treated rudely. I am not even sure the doctors read these reviews.
