I had a very disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome. The associates were rude, dismissive, and seemed bothered that I was even there. Customer service was clearly not a priority. I’ve used LensCrafters in other states and always had a pleasant experience, which makes this visit even more surprising. Unfortunately, this particular location was the worst I’ve encountered. The associate who helped me, Sarah, came across as uninterested and acted as though she didn’t want to be at work. Her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like an inconvenience. Very Disappointing

Mary saved my day and fixed my glasses for me for no charge. She was very pleasant and would recommend stopping by LensCrafters for any glasses related needs.

Kaitlyn was fabulous! I wish there was more of a selection for my price range (Under $230 for frames). Also, there were some very seemingly-judgemental women workers that hung by the desk and whispered about the customers walking about. It was very unprofessional and blatantly obvious.

From start to finish Louis was incredibly professional, responsive and knowledgeable about everything I needed to get my primary glasses and sunglass prescriptions done while perfectly answering all my questions with patience and expertise!

convenient eye doctor next to lens crafters. excellent experience with dr. hacker. at lens crafters, associate renee was very helpful when i was deciding on choices of new lenses/glasses. provided excellent service. very fair pricing. used my own frames so they had to order lenses. they came in a few days later, were cut and placed in frames very quickly once i brought them in. keeping my current frames (which i love and did not want new ones at this time) was much appreciated. many places, such as super-trendy warby parker, do not offer ability to buy only lenses. overall great experience

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
