I am a new patient here and have spent a lot of time at other Physical Therapy practices over the years! Bay State is not your typical PT place, and they do not only give you exercises to do while you are there like what I was used to from other places. Sarah and Robbie are excellent! I started going here a few weeks ago because of extreme neck& shoulder blade pain with severe tightness. They started working on things like my connective tissue, manual mobilization and getting things aligned and where they are supposed to be. I feel so much better after only a few sessions and wish I had known of this place sooner.
Sadly I did not get her name but there is a very nice woman who checks you in and makes your appointments as well. Everyone I have met and spoken to here has been amazing!

Trisha is the best—no question!
I’m 15 and play football and basketball at a really competitive level, so dealing with injuries is just part of the game. But having Trisha in my corner has made a huge difference. She’s helped me recover faster, get stronger, and honestly perform better than I was before getting hurt. The exercises shes given me are super specific to what I need, and I can tell she really knows what she’s doing from the rapid improvements j have made in such a short time.
What means even more to me is how much she’s helped my mom. I’ve seen her go through a lot, and Trisha’s care has given her back so much strength and mobility. Because of Trisha, my mom has been able to get out of bed on mild flareup days and actually attend some of my biggest games and sporting events—things we didn’t think were possible just a few years ago. That means the world to me to have my mom by my side to watch me do what I enjoy most.
Trisha treats both of us like more than just patients. She listens, pushes me when I need it, and always puts my mom’s care first. You can tell she genuinely cares.
We travel almost an hour to get there, and I’d do it every single time without thinking twice. I’m really grateful for everything she’s done for us. For keeping me in the game and playing my best, and for giving my mom the chance to be there cheering me on.
Thank you Trisha for being such a bright light for my whole family.

Hands down the best physical therapy office in Rhode Island.
Trisha has been a true lifeline for me—especially over the past four years. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her. Her hands-on treatment consistently brings meaningful relief from my debilitating symptoms, and the personalized exercises she creates help me maintain movement and strength, even during the times I’m bedridden with severe flares.
She has taught me so much about my body and how to navigate my complex conditions. I travel nearly an hour to see her, and although I’m unable to drive and arranging transportation isn’t always easy, there is absolutely nowhere else I would go.
I’m incredibly grateful for her compassionate, highly skilled care and the way she tailors everything to my ever-changing needs. She is deeply knowledgeable, truly dedicated, and has an intuitive understanding that makes me feel like she knows my body better than I do. She is, without a doubt, a natural healer.
The office staff is just as wonderful—always kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring. I actually look forward to my visits because I know I’ll leave feeling better than when I arrived.
If you are looking for care that is not only expert but truly life-changing, this is the place. I cannot recommend Trisha and her team highly enough—they have made an immeasurable difference in my life. I am forever grateful for them and the ways they have reduced my pain and improved the overall quality of my life. No other office out of the 25+ I have been to in my lifetime have helped me the way they have. Thank you with all my heart.

While I had an opportunity to connect with just about everyone at Bay State Physical Therapy's Warwick location at one time or another, my usual points of contact were Vanya, Zac, Sara and Robbie. We laughed, we cried ... ok, ok we didn't actually cry, but we did laugh! And that's because everyone there not only wants to put you at ease, but they are also friendly, courteous and caring. They genuinely care about you, your needs and the issues that brought you to their care in the first place. At times, other therapists would assist, even if they weren't working directly with you, that day, to ensure you were "doing it right" and getting the most impact out of the exercises. (I'm looking at you Trish!) And all of that made going for P.T. an enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend them and if I ever need P.T. again, I'll be going back to Bay State.
Thanx "team pelvic neutral!"

I switched from Ortho Rhode Island PT to Baystate and within one appointment I was so happy I did! Zach & Rob are the absolute BEST!
