- CWCheryl WhitcherNov 12, 20181.0I had an apt. at 9 a.m. I recieved a call prior to the apt. asking me to come in ten minutes early to fill out paper work. Not a problem.. I arrived at 8:50 a.m.. The first employee that showed up was at 8:57a.m. without any apology or excuse. She went in the back of the office. The second employee came in and asked me to fill out some paper work.. Not any problem, finished in about three minutes. She took the paper work and went to the back office. All I heard was office gossip and left after 15 minutes. So unprofessional !! Seems like the gossip was more important than a client. Scam ??? I guess I don't need hearing aids if I heard all that !! Don't bother going, waste of time.
