The receptionist at Jewell Eye Optometrist was so unprofessional. I’ve never in 44 years of my life felt so belittled. I made it clear that I was hard of hearing and I have issues with processing information. I just really needed her to be patience with me. Thankfully my insurance company was on the call when this individual hung up on us after asking her what her name was. She left both myself and insurance company speechless. Insurance company thought it was best to take my business somewhere else. With the help from them, I found a place that is understanding and appreciate my business. I have reached out to you guys to make a complaint and have not heard back. Because of how unprofessional this woman was, I will not be returning.
