  As someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist because of past trauma with dentistry and my mouth is so sensitive, I had such a wonderful experience my first time today with Doctor Sri! She was so gentle and so wonderful, she has a lot of years of experience behind her so she really knows what she’s doing and you could tell she has a passion for it! She really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and safe and calm. From the minute, I walked in everyone was so friendly. The front desk manager and the dental assistant were both so sweet and took really good care of me.! I’m actually very excited to come back and see Dr. Sri, surprisingly, since I’m petrified of getting my teeth worked on. The front desk manager helped me apply for dental credit and we’re out of her way as well. I highly recommend coming here to get any of your teeth needs taken care of, you will be in good hands.!!!! Thank you Dr Sri!!!

  Do not go here. Dr Duggirala is a bad dentist. The staff offers terrible service and breaks health care code of ethics frequently. I made a complaint to the RI Board of Health and Dr Duggirala made it a point to call me, after hours, on a NON-Work phone to confront me. Completely unethical. I stopped going here and I needed to BEG for my medical records to be forwarded to my new dentist. They withheld my medical records because I refused to pay for their terrible service and poor quality materials. It has been almost a year, and I have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix what Dr Duggirala did to my teeth. DO NOT believe the positive reviews on here. They BEG patients to leave them a good review before the patients have a chance to experience how bad of a dentist Duggirala is and how terrible the dental office Family Smiles truly is.

  Failed crown root canal...I went to Dr. Sridevi Boppana a month later and she told me to wait for the LOOSE crown on my tooth to "fall off" on top if it being huge and bulky...now I have severe decay !!!! surroding teeth and all! All her dental work is sloppy..several times partially filled my cavity, left old filling behind, left spare corners on my teeth. My new dentist was shocked at the work... seems more money hungry than caring about peoples health... this place completely went down hill after new owner its a shame

  The staff is always great. Dr. Duggirala is very personable and attentive. She knows her stuff and addresses any concerns I have with compassion.
