Unfortunately, I was a guest and the employee demanded that the person who signed me in stay with me in the same room; his attitude was so serious and off-putting. You genuinely lost a Black Card sale. Horrible policy.

He told me all he could do was delete it and I said well ok then do that and Ill start over. He did that then walked away and I talked to another staff person who was super helpful and told me that it was unnecessary to cancel my membership and that they could in fact upgrade it for me. Other than that, the gym is clean and the other staff are very friendly.
