    If I could give negative stars I would. This place shouldn’t even be in business. I made an appointment 2 months ago I received an appointment confirmation and apparently they canceled my appointment without telling me because the doctor was sick. Mistakes happen fine. Fast forward the next day they had me wait a week to reschedule and scheduled me two months out even tho I couldn’t wait that long but fine. The week of my appointment I had to call and confirm and that’s when they told me they weren’t accepting my insurance anymore and apparently stop accepting it that day. I offered to pay cash because I need this procedure done and they said fine. I get another phone call that they weren’t taking me and a call the next day that they were. I’ve been going back and forth with this place all week to get a cost and confirm my appointment. The day of they called me and asked me to come in later. Fine. I asked to speak with a doctor to go over the procedure and ask about the medication they prescribed me to take with no direction and all of a sudden they refused to take my call so I had to come in. Dr. Sridevi boopana screamed at me for 15 minutes and refused to give me the surgeons name. They refused to give me the surgeons number to reschedule. I’ve never experienced the amount of unprofessionalism. The receptionist is awful and would have better luck working at McDonald’s. Do not go here.

    This dental office and its dentist have a malpractice lawsuit against them please read all 50 bad reviews before thinking about entering this place

    Love Dr. Bopanna at Family Smiles-she is patient with me when I need her to stop to get my emotions back in line-I can sometimes get nervous and she is so nice.

    They are amazing here! My son and daughter came here and their experience was great! This was my son’s first dental experience and he did amazing he didn’t even cry! My daughter loved it and wouldn’t stop talking about how great the experience was for her!
