I can't speak highly enough about this place! Lisa is the absolute best. I'm very fortunate to have her as my provider. She doesn't just prescribe meds. She genuinely cares about my overall well-being and gives the best advice. I strongly recommend asking if she's taking new patients! She's great

My daughter had an appointment with Justin Parent scheduled in October, however it was rescheduled to January due to the provider being out of office. The practice sent multiple appointment confirmations for the new appointment via email and text for the appointment which I confirmed. After arriving to the appointment, we were informed that the provider was not returning and the practice did not inform us. We took the day out of work for our child’s appointment only to find out that the appointment was cancelled on their end, despite sending confirmation texts and emails the week of the appointment. This resulted in several months of delay in care for our child. There was no accountability other than an apology. When asked about where to go for care, or where they are sending this provider’s patients, a half answered response was provided with two recommendations, but I was informed they were booked out “weeks in advance”. When asked who was responsible for notifying Justin Parent’s clients who are scheduled, the receptionist could not answer me. While I understand that the provider not returning was not in their control, it’s the practice’s responsibility to inform clients that their appointments are cancelled and to assist in coordinating care with referrals.

Lisa is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. She is the, “sun” in the word, “sunshine.” I have learned so much from her and highly recommend her.

While sharing my first session with Dr Michelle kurzback. She created a very calming and safe place for me to discuss all my issues. By allowing me to speak openly in this forum eased my anxiety greatly. We were able to make good progress. DR KURZBECK is a great listener but also offered comforting reassurance. I felt at the end of our session l was more relaxed and assured with her help l would be able to continue making progress with my personal concerns.Thank you Dr kurzback for your kindness, patience and understanding in these trying times.l look forward to continuing our sessions together. Respectfully, RICHARD.

This was the first time I met and talked with Abigail Marcaccio. I found her very easy to talk with and she definitely put me at my ease. Her questions helped me to define my concerns, and I felt that by the end of the meeting we had arrived at some specific steps I could take to begin to address the issue I brought to her.
