  If able to give 0 that would have been my PERFECT AND HONEST review. This is a place that supposedly cares about others and praises mental health, well I do not think I have enough space and time to explain my horrible experience. From Judith Johnson, Ben Johnson to Lizzie Olmsted, it was just the worst experience and a very sad reality when I think about mental health providers. Horrible communication, problem for appointment, no assistance with provider/doctor/therapist......just a lot! I reached out to Judith (never heard from her) reached out to Ben j (more than once) and he did replied while after and "apologized" explaining how the clinic was working on "fixing communication" but it never got any better. No one ever called me even though I left MULTIPLE messages and the reply was an email from Lizzie that fixed nothing! I am sure not all providers are the same, but my experience was garbage and unacceptable. If you need counseling, struggling with mental health THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!! If the administration, office manager, CEO can not assist with something so simple...just reassures this is not a place that will think about anyones well being (knowing how important and delicate is when someone is struggling with mental health issues and reaches out for help). This is just another money making place that does not care about anything else, but their own financial growth! STAY AWAY BIANCA S MARTINEZ
