At 47 years old, I realized the same things I had always done to stay healthy and strong just weren’t working anymore. My energy was low, I was about 20 pounds overweight, and I wasn’t feeling great about myself.
I was looking for expert guidance in fitness and nutrition. I wanted something effective, but also something I would actually stick with. I’m really glad I found Stronger Personal Training.
From the first consultation, it was clear that Matt knows his stuff. He works with people of all ages and fitness levels, and everything he does feels intentional. I ask a lot of questions and like to understand the “why” behind what I’m doing, and he always takes the time to explain things and adjust the plan so I’m getting the most out of it.
One thing I appreciate is that the program can be as involved as you want it to be. For me, I wanted extra accountability outside of sessions, so Matt and his team set me up with apps, at-home workouts, and goals around nutrition, sleep, and mobility. But that was my choice. If someone just wants great in-person training sessions, that’s absolutely an option too.
They also didn’t rush the process, even when I wanted faster results. Instead, they focused on building something sustainable that would actually change my lifestyle.
Nine months later, I’ve lost nearly all the weight I set out to lose. I’m much stronger. Everyday tasks feel easier. My mood is better, I have more energy, and I feel more confident than I have in years.
This has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.

Matt and team have created an amazing environment at Stronger. From the moment I stepped into the facility I felt a sense of home and a place where I can feel comfortable pushing and striving for my fitness goals. The facility is top notch - great space for my sessions with every tool available to the team to ensure they can get the most out of each workout. Matt has gone the extra mile with the effort and support he adds through making sure I get personalized support on days I'm not at the gym with personalized/specific workouts and stretch routines (via phone app). Highly recommend Stronger - it's been a major boost in my day to day life for me!
