This is the third time I've been to a Warby-parker physical store. I've been now to three different locations. I am always impressed at the selection, price and courteous nature of their employees.

I didn’t have a good experience here. It seems like the staff are much friendlier and more helpful to white customers, but if you’re not, the treatment feels very different. Everyone should be treated the same no matter who they are. Really disappointing.
