Went to the Good Fret Store in Cranston, RI. We had Jill as our rep. She is knowledgeable, professional and has been very helpful in assisting us finding the right soles. I’d recommend this store and also Jill for future reference. Five stars all around!

Just went to this location and left without anyone to assist me. The woman at the front told me to sit down to wait. I could see one other employee already assisting a couple so I asked the woman up front if I should come back and make an appointment because I see only one worker. She told me that there were two and she could help me in 15 minutes! 15 Minutes! She did not want to be disturbed from making signs and would rather not assist me.
Maybe, The Good Feet Store should stop spending so much money with television ads and focus on training and adding more staff to their locations? Disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I got my good feet supports a year ago and they needed to be looked at. I met with Jill at the Cranston store and she helped me out big time. I feel like I’m ready for the next chapter and continue with my improvement.

I visited the store for the first time, hoping to get some help. Before I even made it inside, a representative came out and told me they weren’t a shoe store but sold plantar support products costing over $1,600 (they repeated the price twice). It felt like they assumed I couldn’t afford it. I tried to explain my situation, but I didn’t feel very welcome. This was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.
