The instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and somehow make you feel strong even when your legs are shaking (in the best way 😂). The workouts are challenging but so empowering — I leave every class feeling accomplished, stronger, and a little taller. The studio is clean, organized, and just has that feel-good vibe.
