  Just horrible customer service. I placed an order online to be picked up at store. After getting an email it was ready, I drove 30 min to the store only to be told it wasn’t in stock (it was but the manager, Ian, couldn’t find it.). Ian then told me he couldn’t issue a refund but he would have Corporate issue it and it could take a week. When I didn’t get the refund I called Corporate who told me they couldn’t issue the refund and that the store had to and should have. I explained I was at the store and Ian, the manager, told me he couldn’t so Corporate called the store with me on the phone. The employee said, of course he could issue a refund but I’d have to drive 30 min back again to get it. I wasn’t happy so the employee called Ian who refused to get on the phone or deal with it as he “was off.” I was left with the only option of driving 30 min each way again to get the refund that the manager told me he couldn’t do while I was standing in his store in front of him. I’ve read the other comments of poor customer service here. AVOID this store! As a follow up, I asked to have the store manager call me when he returned and “wasn’t off.” I left my number and not surprisingly, I did not receive the courtesy of a call. My credit was finally issued by the manager of another store and my card wasn’t physically needed as I was told. It was in the system. Avoid Chapel Hill.
