Unfortunately, my recent visit to the CF Pointe-Claire location was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members, Mr. Mina. He was disrespectful and argumentative, insisting that I hadn’t paid for a previous purchase and challenging me to produce a receipt — which I have from five years ago, clearly showing the payment. As a long-time customer, I found his tone and attitude completely unacceptable . He also told that over 5years price would have changed a lot. Addressing to that fool ‘LensCrafters are still having that 99$ deal’ first try to respect others and treat them better. I WISH I COME IN PERSON TO THROW THIS RECEIPT ON YOUR FACE MR.MINA. LensCrafters has always stood out for its quality and customer service, but this interaction does not reflect that standard. I sincerely hope store management looks into this matter seriously, as no customer deserves to be treated this way.

I usually dread the eye exam but they were so friendly and thorough yet quick! I then went to select my glasses and was instantly greeted with warm smiles and was immediately helped. The service was amazing! Will not be going anywhere else! Highly recommend!
