I went into Lenscrafters in downtown Montreal to fix my one of the nose pads that, had come off. The staff was amazing and friendly especially Edward who not only replaced the nose pad but, changed the both of them to better pads, so that they would stay on my face better. all this free of charge. Great customer service! would not hesitate to go back and get my glasses there for the great customer service and selection of frames. You have made a new customer. Keep up the great customer service! thanks

I thought the person I was talking to was knowledgeable, a little condescending & was doing too many things at once which didn’t gain my confidence in buying there, & leaving my personal information with them, especially after reading the review about getting charged twice & waiting to get reimbursed, which I could see how that could happen, especially after seeing how they engage. I asked how long would it take to get the glasses, first he said 2 weeks, which is what I was expecting, but then he said he didn’t know, it could be a month. Then I met someone on the subway that suggested Costco, a place I would have never thought of. On further online investigation, it seems the membership cost would pay for itself.

Service exceptionnel ! L’opticienne Emna a gentiment ajusté mes lunettes sans aucun problème, malgré le fait qu’elles ne viennent pas de leur boutique. Accueil et gentillesse au rendez-vous 👌 Merci beaucoup!

Helped fixed my glasses with a missing screw and they replaced the screw which I needed done in short notice and they happily did that. They also changed one of the nose grips which was awesome. Great service, and special shoutout to Amel for answering our questions over the phone in this icy weather today and helping us in store!

Worst experience. My name got transcribed wrong with ID. Never got a call back nor email for some contact lens picn up. Decided to pop in by chance my order got delivered, all for it not to be in the right section in their classifiers. After all that, they also transcribed my prescription wrong on one eye so they had to reorder them, i then get a surprise delivery at home, received only one eye. I was told i’d get an email but none of that. Had to come in store for a third visit to pick up the other eye prescription.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
