D’abord, j’ai simplement demandé s’ils avaient des souliers, et la personne m’a répondu de façon super bête : « Non on en a pas. » Pourtant… il y en avait juste derrière elle. Depuis quand des Crocs ne sont pas considérés comme des chaussures ? Ensuite, je voulais regarder les uniformes d’infirmière pour me donner des idées avant de commencer l’école en septembre. Dès que j’ai mentionné qu’on voulait regarder, elle a répondu : « Bien là, vous en avez pas besoin ou quoi ?! » On lui a expliqué que je commence en septembre mais qu’on voulait voir les modèles, et elle a insisté en disant que ça ne servait à rien. L’attitude était tellement désagréable qu’on a simplement quitté. Même si je commence l’école en septembre, j’aurais très bien pu acheter mes uniformes maintenant. Franchement, service à la clientèle à revoir complètement.
