When I contacted the store again, the first thing I was told was that I hadn’t purchased a protection plan, which was never offered to me at the time of purchase. I asked to speak with a manager, but after being placed on hold, the same person returned and identified herself as the assistant manager. She refused my request to speak with someone higher and directed me to a website to complete a form instead. I have never experienced such poor service, especially when purchasing what is supposed to be a pair of high-quality glasses. I had previously dealt with this store, and my past experience was entirely different. It has now been a month, and the team seems disorganized and indifferent to customer concerns. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a customer, nor will I be recommending this store to anyone I know.
