  I had a question about Bluetooth connectivity and my Aunt's hearing aids. Alan was so helpful and knowledgeable! He took the time to understand and help us troubleshoot the problem so she is now consistently able to connect through her devices to her laptop to attend her work Teams meetings. Thank you, Alan, for all your expertise and care!

  Cindy, the receptionist, goes the extra mile and is extremely proficient In providing customer service. You couldn't want better. The 5 star standard is also met by the audiologist Doug.

  As a very satisfied long-time client (14 years), I want to give a shout out to the great staff at the Charlottetown clinic. The audiologist, Doug Hoyer, is very personable, knowledgeable, patient, and professional....very up-to-date on all the newest hearing aid technology, and willing to take the time to make sure your hearing aids are working properly and that you are completely satisfied. Cindy, the receptionist, is a treasure...competent and pleasant, able and willing to help clients any way she can. The service and products are the best and I highly recommend this clinic.

  Freaking love this place. I got my hearing aid in Vancouver had an issue with the com pilot and they replaced it and took good care of me here in PEI.
