  The BEST dentist I have ever been to. Incredible staff who listened and paid attention to detail. Thank you Kathi, for taking the time to understand what I needed with my dental health, and explaining what was relevant. If you've ever felt apprehensive about going to the dentist, this is where you should go!

  Do not recommend. Called months ago to schedule as a new patient and everything was fine. I verified at the time they accepted my insurance. They waited until the day before to tell me they had an issue verifying insurance. Sent emails as if they were text messages, not even signing who was writing them. After multiple calls, including having my insurance call them, all of a sudden they no longer participate with the plan, eventhough insurance documents a contract with them. Email correspondence extremely unprofessional. You should address your clients by name and sign your emails. Horrendous experience. Handled very very unprofessionally by front office staff. Why wait months until the day before saying you have a problem, when you had my information for months. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. IN RESPONSE: I did provide correct insurance information and verified you were a participating provider. I did this on day one. You confirmed you were a participating provider and took my insurance over the phone. You have an active contract open. The insurance company is confused as well, as you have a contract with them. You are listed with the insurance company as a provider. Your staff confirmed this. If there was a problem, why did it take months to catch it? You didn't even respond about how unprofessional your emails were. You need to be more professional in your correspondence. You didn't even sign who sent the emails. It felt like a teenager texted me with how blunt they were written. I wasn't addressed by name nor were the emails from "front desk" signed by an employee. Its just a very bad first impression. It just adds up to bad management. The ball was dropped on your end, not mine
