- SLSusan LeeNov 29, 20225.0Friendly staff, easy check-in. We were seen at scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist was excellent, my elderly mother never felt a thing!!

I read a few bad reviews beforehand, but just wanted to let everyone know that sometimes we all have bad days when we get overwhelmed. Everyone, including ourselves, needs to remember that and have a little compassion and patience when there is only one or two people trying to do their best when they have a waiting room full of people. A smile and kind heart can change anyone's day around!
