They are very accommodating, flexible, compassionate, loving and cheerful. Stacy, Jan, Abby, Eric, Kya... thank you for your guidance and help, navigating through difficult decisions with our mother's care. A special shout out to our mother's main in-home care pros, Hayli and Madilyn "Maddie" ! They offer exceptional care, love and compassion!! "It's like she is our grandma and we want her to be comfortable and love her". As a family, we have heard these kind words from Hayli and Maddie. Our mother said she always enjoys the morning greeting from Hayli...."Good morning! Did you sleep good?... How are you doing this morning?... all with a smile!" Maddie....."greetings with a smile and likes to keep it upbeat and have some good laughs!" We, as a family say THANK YOU! It's wonderful to know that mother is taken care of at all hours ! She greets my mother and then asks, “What can I get for you?” They have a routine that includes Sue preparing breakfast and lunch, helping her with a shower, taking her for a walk, doing laundry, making beds and cleaning the floors. We enjoy having her in the home! She is reliable and caring.
