  Horrible experience when picking up my instacart online order. I received my notification for my order and when I get to the store I let them know I have arrived by putting my parking space number as instructed. After about 10 minutes waiting I receive an additional message stating there was no one available to bring my order which I didn't understand because I had seen several staff members bringing other people groceries to their cars. I called inside the store just to be told that my order isn't there. I went inside and spoke with the young girls who had attitude because I kept trying to explain to them that my order was shopped and ready for pickup. They continuously insisted that I was at the wrong Giant location(untrue). I finally get on the phone with customer service who reassured me that my order was definitely shopped at the location I was currently standing inside of. After all this negative attitude from the Giant staff at 275 Pauline Drive York, Pa, being told my order was never there, I was at the wrong location, having to call customer service oh guess what? The order was found. Very unprofessional staff who had no idea how to handle the situation respectful and wanted to send me away thinking I wouldn't get to the bottom of the situation.

  Cathy is a horrible pharmacist with a terrible attitude. For someone who works in the medical field you’d think she have some sort of compassion
