  This pharmacy doesnt even deserve one star. I will be changing pharmacies effective IMMEDIATELY. Im so sick and tired of pharmacists not wanting to do their job or be saying things like "Jesus christ" when i tell them I will be waiting for my script. Or other times telling me I can get my pharmaceuticals from the shelf. Like hello your in a pharmacy to do a job so do it. This is crazy and its even crazier that giant allows these people to work inside their stores. The lady behind the counter cares more about smoking her cigarettes more than filling people's prescriptions.

  I use to absolutely love this pharmacy. I loyally only purchased my prescription from this pharmacy for the last 5 -10 years and had a great trusting relationship between the pharmacist and I. Prescriptions were always ready for pick up within 1 hour of it being sent over and I was never told to wait to pick it up. However a few pharmacists left and they added new pharmacist to their team about 6 plus months ago who aren’t as nice and efficient. I don’t feel that built trust that I had established with the previous pharmacist . I now have to wait until I’m nearly out of my medication for it to be ready for pick up, it takes hours to fill after it’a sent in. Which causes me extreme anxiety and panic. This pharmacy changed up on me. They went from being extremely respectful and always having my medication ready very promptly on the day it was sent over to it never being ready for pick up. I’ve even been told a couple times that they can’t find the prescription that was sent in. I’ve seen a lot bad reviews on Chris, but I highly disagree, he’s a pharmacist who has been there the longest and I personally have never had any issues with him. Chris is the only pharmacist there that has my prescription ready very promptly after it’s sent in and I has always shown respect to me. If he was the only pharmacist who worked there I would keep my business there. It’s the newer pharmacist who have caused me to take my business to a different pharmacy. I switched Weis pharmacy, they have my prescription ready for pick up within 45 mins on the day it’s sent over. It’s never a waiting game to pick it up. It’s unfortunate because giant pharmacy was the only pharmacy I used for years but because of new staff I took my business elsewhere.

  RECALLED PRODUCT STILL ON GIANT SHELVES!!! I am writing to formally address a serious concern regarding my recent interaction with your customer service representative, Jen, on June 27, 2025. The purpose of my call was to report a critical public health issue concerning the product Baby Orajel, which I had purchased from your store and gave to my 4 mo old granddaughter. I discovered (after my purchase ) that Church & Dwight Co., Inc., the manufacturer of Baby Orajel, issued a nationwide voluntary recall on June 5, 2025, specifically for lot number 103104-0000. During my conversation with Jen, I advised my 4 mo. granddaughter was the recipient of this product The FDA suggest that you reach out to the store of purchase to alert them. If you purchased the recall lot number which I did. To my dismay, Jen responded in a manner that was not only dismissive but also troublingly indifferent to the gravity of the situation. Her statement that this matter was solely a "corporate issue" left me dumbfounded and concerned for the welfare of My granddaughter along withother patrons who may unknowingly purchase this hazardous product. Despite my insistence that she escalate the matter to a manager—given the implications for public safety—Jen refused to take any action regarding the lot number or acknowledge the urgency of removing such products from your inventory. This response is unacceptable and raises significant concerns about Giant's commitment to consumer safety and corporate responsibility. The FDA has classified this recall as potentially life-threatening; therefore, it is imperative that Giant Food Stores takes immediate action not only to remove these products from sale but also to ensure that all employees are trained adequately in handling such critical matters with due diligence and care. The lack of appropriate response in situations involving public health hazards is alarming and warrants immediate rectification. I urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly and implement necessary changes within your customer service protocols. Consumers deserve better than dismissive attitudes when their health is at stake. I expect a prompt acknowledgment of this complaint along with information regarding any actions taken in response.

  I have been using this pharmacy for years. But Kristen makes it very hard to continue. She is so rude. I keep threatening to leave and then change my mind because I absolutely love everyone else. I wish someone could teach her how to treat people (especially ederly).
