Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating experience. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times, which already showed poor organization. When I finally arrived for my confirmed appointment, the office doors were closed and no one was there. There was no call, message, or notice to inform patients. Completely disrespectful of people’s time. I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience. If I could I would give them zero stars.

Id give 0 stars if I could, Dental Dreams gave me a referral list for my 4 year old son and this was the only close place that took his insurance. He was referred for 2 cavities, 1 in F and one in J. After taking my son in they had him sit on my lap and looked in his mouth for 10 seconds and told me he has 10 to 15 cavities and needs to go to Lancaster to be put to sleep and have caps applied. How is one dentist saying 2 cavities and another is saying 10 to 15? We will not be going back!

My 13 yr old son shared that one of the lady workers was complaining to a fellow employee the whole time about her personal life, politics, etc. Then he said the employees were talking about how bad his mouth his and they don't think he even brushes as if he wasn't even there, he seems to report that to me every visit.

We will be switching to a different dental office after multiple frustrating experiences. This practice felt extremely high-volume, and we did not experience the level of communication or patient-centered care we expect for our child. Parents are not permitted to be present during appointments, and after a brief exam, treatment recommendations and consent forms (including for laughing gas) were presented quickly, with limited opportunity for meaningful discussion or questions. Appointments were rescheduled or canceled more than once due to staffing issues, and it was often difficult to reach the office or receive return calls, which made an already challenging scheduling process even more stressful. I’m sharing this so other families understand what to expect. This approach may work for some, but it ultimately wasn’t the right fit for us, and we will not be returning.
