- RRRebelgirlNov 13, 20251.0The VA contracted this company to do an estimate to build an elevator system for me to get into my home. Kim said the soonest the appt could be done was Monday but we were going out of town because of a medical appointment. I really needed this evaluation was able to reschedule my medical appt (in another state). I called back amramp to confirm the appt. Spoke to kim, the scheduler & she wouldn't confirm because i lived on a very accessible island. Really? Kim called back & said the company was refusing to put in an elevator so i could get into my house! A refusal to do a job site unseen!! Spoke to Kelly Grace, office manager. She refused to even consider it because we live on an island! Kelly made excuses why her company refused to help a disabled person. It's to hard to help a disabled veteran being afraid to travel by boat. Planning & doing the job is too much for this company! So now i am without a way to get into my house! Don't waste your time with this company!!
