It seems that their favorite thing to do is to cancel appointments right after another due to "staffing". How come other dentist offices don't have this problem? It seems to be a trend with you.
They love to tell you that your children have all these cavities and want to schedule appointments, but then cancel those appointments. Because that makes logical sense.
The other reviews on here have come to the same conclusion. Do better than that. It's sad.

For the second year in a row, my children's cleaning appointments have been cancelled, and now there is nothing to do but to wait another six months.

Worst dentist office in York! No communication about no Internet or nothing! Complete BS! Have a surgery scheduled and can't even do the procedure scheduled
Here we are scheduled for the second time and they rescheduled the appointment an hour later... They have no care in the world about how this affects the children! Just play around with appts

Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating experience. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times, which already showed poor organization. When I finally arrived for my confirmed appointment, the office doors were closed and no one was there. There was no call, message, or notice to inform patients. Completely disrespectful of people’s time. I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience. If I could I would give them zero stars.

What causes toothaches?
There are many different factors that can cause tooth discoloration. An abnormally colored tooth is anything other than the yellowish-white to the white color of normal teeth. The factors that contribute to tooth color include congenital conditions, genetics, infections, and environmental factors. Abnormal color and shape may be caused by a malfunction in body processes. Some of these factors can influence the way your child’s enamel is formed, while others simply stain the enamel. Teeth may be uniformly discolored or it may appear as spots or lines in enamel. In addition, discolored areas may have a different density and porosity than normal enamel. The color and hardness of enamel can also be affected by drugs or medications taken by either the child during the time of tooth development or by the mother while pregnant.
At what age should my child stop thumb-sucking?
Thumb sucking is a normal habit for many children. Its peak occurrence is at about age two and it can be an important source of pleasure for an infant or toddler. This habit is usually nothing to worry about since your child will usually outgrow the habit. However, if they continue to suck their thumb past age 4, dental problems such as malocclusion may occur.
