Very clean office. Check-in was easy and they had a screen in the waiting room to show how long your wait was expected to be.
I went in with an appt, arrived early(15-20minutes) and they took me back almost immediately. They had received the faxes from my PCP's office already.
While I was having my blood drawn the nurse was talking to me & asking questions to keep me distracted, she knew I was nervous. After she was done she sat with me and made sure I felt OK before I left.
Make an appt before you go, nearly impossible to get seen as a walk in. Also this location is VERY short staffed, making their services rushed & not the most gentle with the needle. Unfortunately it's the only lab my insurance is in network with, so I am stuck. If your insurance works with other labs I recommend going elsewhere but the Wyomissing Quest Diagnosis.

I've had very positive experiences at the Quest location & very negative experiences. Recently I had to do a urine sample, but couldn't provide it at the time, so the employee who helped me at my AM appointment told me to drop it off in the afternoon or the next morning, that was it.
I go that same afternoon, and they locked their door 15 minutes before the posted closing time. Then I went back the next morning, and the employee I interacted with was rude and told me I needed an appointment (in contradiction to what I was told the morning before). I am a pretty patient person, but I made 3 trips for 1 sample, which is challenging at a pregnant person working full time. I do not see myself using this location again.

Today was the 3rd time this particular Quest made an error. This time, wrong specimen collection container so I have to do it all over again. Last time it was incorrect submission of billing so I had to go through insurance to fix it and not pay $300.
