  Horrible place, they need better staff, and butterfly needles for people who ask.

  Horribly understaffed. There's only one person at the desk who also takes you into the back for the tests or supplies for your test so in the mean time there is no one in the waiting room to help people who don't know what to do. People walked out before even being seen and were visibly upset for having waited so long. Not a good experience.

  App and website are mostly great. App links to website too much and should stand on its on. This site only ever has one worker. Had a 1:30 appointment. Cancelled it cause I showed up early at 12:30, still waited til 1:30 even with only one person and one appointment in front of me. Needs more staff.

  Friendly staff. Lab corps turned me away 15 minutes prior to closing stating " we have to get paperwork ready to send out". Quest invited me in and has been always a positive experience!!
