  I am incredibly grateful to Dr.Shahab Minassian for his outstanding expertise, guidance, and compassion. From the very first visit, he made us feel supported and hopeful through this emotional journey. His knowledge, patience, and careful approach gave us confidence every step of the way. Thanks to Dr.Minassian and his amazing team including Morgan, Missy, and sonographer, we were successful on our very first attempt. We will always be thankful for his dedication and the exceptional care he provided.

  Dr. Minassian should have his medical license revoked. I have never been called overweight AND hairy, read full review I'll explain everything. Do not go here. My husband and I came here for our first time, im 32 my husband 30 and I have had 2 children naturally in the past zero complications or any issues concieving or anything but now all of a sudden it's impossible, I had an IUD and got it removed 9 months ago and have been trying since then. Upon walking into the office we were greeted kindly by the very friendly staff. It wasn't until we met Dr. Minassian that we became uncomfortable. He said a lot of things that are just not correct, his facts were not accurate, he didn't listen to us and he was very weight discriminative, he asked me about my weight when I became pregnant the first time years ago I said 120-130 and that now since I'm 200 that's why I can't conceive. He made me feel terrible. That it's easier being a lighter weight and I need to cut out the carbs and go on a diabetic diet basically. He did not do any tests on me to gather anything from aside the internal ultrasound and he seemed to enjoy bragging about how he trained all the Obgyn's in the area and said that my prior doctor must not have really been a doctor because he doesn't know her, I was complimenting her success on removing my heavily imbedded IUD 9 months ago. He said I also must have PCOS based on the history I provided without running any tests and I have no symptoms of that condition what's so ever. He refused to do any blood panels and would not disclose why. I did have the internal ultrasound which he didn't disclose if there were any indications of cysts or any reason why I experience frequent burning cramping pains randomly. He provided sufficient information of my egg count/health, which everything is normal so we at the very least got that. He strongly urged my husband to have a semen analysis even though he has already had one completeled with positive results. I told him that I'm using multiple at home cycle trackers, the ones that make identifying your peak days simplified and he had zero interest, in fact I explained I had my peak days 2 weeks ago and he still insisted that I would actually ovulate in a day or two because he could just tell. I had hoped for a different experience one where all my hard work and dedication to trying to conceive naturally would be appreciated and respected. At this point I'm clutching my husband's hand tightly just hoping this conversation would end soon but it doesn't. It turns into I have excessive body hair growth. Without looking at me I have belly button region heavy hair growth and chest hair forming due to the PCOS. He also mentioned that he's a leader of a small organization that researches this PCOS condition and that there are only 200 people nationwide in this group. As if it's some kind of special privilege for him and he wanted us to acknowledge his personal success, it didn't really make a lot of sense to us why he kept bragging about various things throughout the consultation but ultimately he proceeded to make a deal of my weight which is within specifications and under the cut off limit for the facility, my bmi was not too high or anything that needed addressing but he really really kept looping back around to talking about carb consumption affects fertility and kept showing us a diagram of ovaries and insisting upon the only reason my two prior pregnancies were probably because of having a lower bmi. He went over the option of IVF and the success rates and implied we should just do that because our insurance covers it. Really hoped for a different experience, the front desk lady was super nice BUT did not schedule my next appointment or anything so I was just kinda sent us off with a semen collection cup in a little white paper bag. Will not be going back.

  I have had nothing but positive experiences with Main Line Fertility. Dr. Minassian and the entire staff are truly exceptional. From the very first visit, I was impressed by how professional, organized, friendly, and genuinely kind everyone was. Each appointment felt welcoming and supportive, which made such a difference during an emotional journey. I recently graduated from their care and felt both happy and sad, happy to be moving forward, but sad because I truly loved seeing this team and will miss them. I wish every healthcare experience could be like this. I came to Main Line Fertility searching for answers and real solutions, and they addressed my concerns head-on with compassion and expertise.
