My wife called them 12 months later to get them fixed and they told her her glasses were not covered anymore. You would think after spending almost $700.00 they would have tried to do something to help her out. Never again

Kate recently called me back to remind that I have a warranty that was gonna expire soon after I voiced a concern with my glasses to her earlier in the day, I probably would've forgotten I had the warranty until it was too late if she hadn't noticed and called.
