At first, it was a wonderful experience. The doctor was open to discussing my concerns and willing to be open to discussing my options. I got blood drawn, x-rays complete in house. I got the results two days later and I received no response. I had to call two times for information over a span of three weeks. I got a follow-up appointment and that was how I was able to receive referrals for an MRI. The doctor gave me a script and failed to contact my insurance, taking over two months to approve and 10 phone calls. I also had to pay my bill by going to the place as nobody answered the phone in the billing department. Front office staff was very helpful in the process. On my third follow-up, I received useless information and no answers. It was like the doctor was reading my results (I already knew) and going off my pre-check in information. The doctor kept pushing for an auto immune disease due to a strong family history, yet two family members never were fully diagnosed (same doctor). Also all bloodwork reported to be negative. The doctor then pushed high dose pain medicine for management that related to this disease not yet confirmed. The doctor seems out of practice with very little modern medicine. Not worth it. Go somewhere else!

I see Dr. Walker and have been for several years. She is very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She takes her time and ensures that you have no questions and I've never felt rushed with her. Organized practice and friendly staff, as well.
