I also love that there are so many different options for the type of class I can take: classic, define, reform, empower, or align. The atmosphere is very friendly and nonjudgemental. Whether you've taken numerous classes or are taking your first one, everyone is encouraging and supportive.

- SLSi LagoMar 5, 20251.0Do not take classes here. I’ve had a billing issue with this location after informing management in writing that I wanted to cancel my membership. I have notified the establishment again at least four days ago and have not received a substantive response. It seems like others have had similar experiences with ownership here. Worth nothing to consumer agencies. UPDATE: I have written numerous emails to management with no substantive response. I’ve gotten a generic email notification that my monthly membership has finally been cancelled TWO years after I made the request but still no word yet on my refund request and the UNAUTHORISED charges on my card. The owners still cannot bother to substantively respond to my emails. I only received the generic notification cancelling my membership AFTER I was forced to shame them with this review - would not have bothered leaving a review had I just gotten a substantive response to my emails. The owners are shameful. Do not come here. There are plenty of other professional pure barre locations (Main Line, Wynnewood). Have only had billing issues at this location and they must be desperate for business for them to continue making unauthorised charges to my card.
