  From the time I walked in, the staff there were wonderful. The receptionist, nurse to the doctor was receptive and respectful to my concerns. Hats off to Dr. A. Rivers she great! I recommend going to AFC They Care!

  Marti is amazing. My visit was great and checkingin was a breeze. Staff had a positive attitude. I went on Easter Sunday; I love that they were open and no one else was in the waiting room. 10 out of 10 a wonderful experience.

  Went there for symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, they couldn’t do nothing about it and told me to look for my own PCP, and tried to give me medication. I was there for less then 10 min and I went home and took some Advil that I had in the house. A couple weeks later they Sent me a bill for $175.05!! I could’ve just went to the ER, that visit have no reason to be that expensive with insurance and now they harassing me for money while Im still dealing with the same medical issue

  This was my first time at this Urgent Care. All the staff were very polite and professional, and they all had an overall warm tone during interactions. I had an issue with selecting the correct pharmacy, but the lady at the front desk, Denise Gray, was very kind and was able to quickly find a solution for me. I also came as a walk-in around 3pm on a Saturday, and they were able to see me within about 45 minutes, which seemed pretty reasonable considering I did not reserve an appointment. I mentioned to the doctor that I am transgender, and she was very respectful and understood what that meant. This was great since it can be stressful to see new doctors as a transgender patient. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who needs a quick check-up.

  I had a very positive experience at this urgent care in Cheltenham. The place was clean and well-kept, which made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The staff was great—very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. My wait time was minimal, and I was seen and treated much faster than I expected. I really appreciated how smooth and efficient the whole process was. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area.
