Dr. Skolnick was great. We joked around, yet he explained all of the steps and procedures very carefully. He took the extra time to address some issues that I have in my left eye. The front of house was also great. I was able to get new lenses while keeping my old frames (which are still in fine shape), saving me $. All of these folks made the visit MUCH BETTER than my previous experience there. I am grateful.

If I could leave a review with negative stars, I would. Between the doctor and the unorganized, unprofessional and lazy staff, this is the worst eye doctor/eyewear store I’ve ever dealt with. T doctor was down right rude and very unprofessional during my eye visit. I was told when I ordered my glasses that my insurance covered everything so I said go ahead. Never received a call in the two weeks they said it would take to get my glasses so I called and they were never ordered. But it turns out, now it’s going to be over $400 for the same glasses that were covered less than a month before. I should have walked away but went ahead and ordered them. I have prescription safety glasses for work so I had the glasses for approximately 6 months but after about 2 months of wear time the lenses started to fail(separate/crack in the upper corners), replacement lenses were ordered and installed but when I was given my glasses back, the left lens was scratched(the guy that replaced them acted like he didn’t notice it at first but they were so smudged up when he gave them back, which I believe he tried to do to cover up the damaged lens….or was just too lazy to wipe them off before giving them to me), he then ordered a 3rd set and they don’t fit but was told since it’s now over a year, they can’t reorder so I am just supposed to deal with lenses that are loose in the frame. Save yourself a ton of trouble and stay as far away from this place as possible! Would love to post a video of how loose the lenses are they told me I have to deal with but I’ll include the pictures of the scratched replacement lens, the vast difference in thickness between the 2nd and 3rd replacement set and the 2nd lens that failed. I have had multiple other sets of Ray-Ban frames and only one other issue with lenses, years ago that was warrantied with zero issues.
