Another store told me what I needed couldn’t be done, but a staff (I guess he's a manager) here went above and beyond to help me—and he completely solved my problem. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience so comfortable and positive. I truly felt like he cared, not just about fixing the issue, but about me as a customer. I’m very grateful and will definitely come back to this location. Highly recommend!

Very personable and patient! I arrived early and was able to get right in. I purchased new glasses with the help of Aruna and Christina. Friendly and helpful without being hovering or intrusive. They have a great array of hundreds of glasses to choose from. Convenient at the mall and inside Macys.
