  I was seen right away, everyone was friendly. Both the doctor and assistant were great and knowledgeable.

  Doctor with attitude displayed prejudice and neglect and refused to see me for no reason which will be reported as a Hippa Violation. She needs to be fired as she is very disrespectful

  The only positive was the nurse I had she was lovely and very good at drawing blood. The front desk staff was dismissive and unpleasant. The dr was rushing and barely let me speak I’m not even sure she was paying attention when I was able to speak. Was told I am dehydrated based on the bloodwork she ordered, I went to a different urgent care and they said that the bloodwork doesn’t show that I'm dehydrated it actually shows very good hydration. They also told me at the second urgent care I went to that based on all of my symptoms (cause they let me speak) all point to thyroid and the bloodwork was the wrong panels to run for what I was experiencing.

  Don’t come here if you have a concussion. They’re too incompetent to diagnose one, treat one, or offer any guidance at all. It’s listed on the website, but apparently that doesn’t mean anything in person. I was turned away at the front desk even though I had an appointment. Would give zero stars if I could.
