  My experience with home instead was my family member had dementia and there was so many different nurses that came to care for her and I think that was very confusing for her ,one nurse was very good to her ,most were good but one girl flipped out when I asked her to do the dishes, that was unprofessional

  I like the company a lot so far. Orientation was a breeze and the office workers are friendly and easy to talk to.

  Chris Waldman of Home Instead met with us to discuss the options for sitting with my mom. He was compassionate, patient and able to answer our questions professionally, as well as being sensitive to their stage of life, which required him to answer my parents’ questions in a way that would still preserve their dignity. Chris did everything he could to put their minds at ease and encourage them toward the next steps in my mom’s care. We appreciate your genuine commitment to providing quality and compassionate care to people who need specialized care at this stage of life. Kindness matters and Chris genuinely cares.
