I had to wait at least 30 minutes to pay for my exam. The store manager was the only associate on the floor other than the Dr at the time of checkout. I do understand that payroll hours may be limited but it’s disgusting that a company will put an entire store’s responsibility on one person. I commend the manager who kept her composure to ensure a swift and pleasant experience for everyone.
