  Never got to the point of seeing the doctor. Called with a basic question. Front office person clueless. She asked one of the staff assistants, also clueless. Tried their online contact form. No response. Nothing. This is a poorly trained staff. I didn't ask a tough question. I would not put my health in the hands of this office.

  I would highly recommend this procedure for chronic sinus sufferers. Dr. Mathur and his entire staff are professional and courteous!

  Dr. Sam Mathur is a 10/10. I highly recommend him to anyone with sinus issues. He has a refined skillset and fantastic bedside manner. He spent a lot of time with me explaining my issues, what he felt would help, and I walked away with hope. I was skeptical as I have had chronic sinus issues my entire life. I had the original version of a sinuplasty under anesthesia more than 20 years ago and it didn’t help. I’ve tried every nose spray and medication on the market and have been dismissed by other ENTs. Dr. Sam Mathur made the whole process easy, comfortable and I finally got results! I’m 6 month post op and I can breathe, sleep better and my infections are reduced. If you’re on the fence I can tell you I wish I found him sooner.

  This was a game changer. Writing for my mom in her 80s. After 4 years of seeing ENT specialists the nose just standing there in conversations with friends and family would leak clear liquid. The office answered many of our questions and the CT scan that no other ENT did changed her life. I found the office staff to be very patient with our million questions, charges and fatter care. Mom was to the point of walking around with cotton balls in her nose. And no one else explains the blockage where no nasal spray helper was going to get into the canals. There were steps necessary after the office procedure where mom needed a buddy. But after a few weeks of irrigation, she is a whole new person. A must try for every leaky nose person out there!!
