I love the variety of classes. I usually take 4-5 classes per week, and it's always something new and exciting. All of the instructors are highly trained, attentive, motivating, and want you to succeed! I decided to try Pilates because of hip pain I was experiencing. My Pilates practice has greatly improved my hip and pelvis stability.
