  Very good experience. Did a great scan of my body and answered my questions Found out that the one thing I was concerned about on my head was pre-cancerous and they froze it off right there

  From checking in with the receptionist to my time with Jamie, everything went so smooth. Jamie was so friendly, very thorough and explained things that I could understand. My wait was less than 5 minutes! Unheard of in a doctors office today.

  From Front desk to assistant and Dr everyone was pleasant, courteous, and professional would absolutely recommend this office to anyone who needs any kind of dermatology

  This was my first visit to Reading Dermatology. Everyone was polite and attentive. My Dermatologist, Kelly, was very informative and eased my anxiety about conditions on my face. She explained the minor concern about the condition and applied therapy to the areas of concern. I am looking forward to a 6 month checkup and feeling welcomed by the entire team

  My experience at this facility was super quick and easy. Alexandra Schaeffer, PA was incredible and very professional. She helped me understand my skin and prevented any further worrying. However my rating is not high due to one of the women who checked me in speaking about my case with another person who was not involved in my care about my health. I overheard this HIPPA violation as I was walking out the door to be checked out, and she was very judgmental stating “she was worrying for no reason it was just……” with a sour face. I will be coming back to the facility, but I expect the standard of care for patients to improve throughout the staff.
