  I have used Quest in the past and had good experiences however after waiting for the office to open for scheduled fasting bloodwork a total of 45 minutes that had most of us in line leaving,I went down the hall to LabCorp and was seen as a walk in. That was over a year ago. Today after my wife needed bloodwork ASAP after an afternoon appointment we missed LabCorp closing at 2 o’clock. We went to Quest as a walk in. Registered at the kiosk and the message board said two scheduled in the next 60 minutes. One person was there and was taken back 5 minutes or so after our arrival. We waited patiently. The other scheduled person showed up about 20 of 3. The worker said she could not see us because she wouldn’t get us in by 3 o’clock. Why have walk ins all day if you can see them. Either the company policy regarding this is flawed or the worker just didn’t care enough to see us. I was hoping giving them another go at our business would renew the trust we once had with Quest. It did not.

  Nice place, friendly staff. Most important-No pain blood draw.
