My son’s therapist was horrible! I’m really shocked she ever made it out of school. She just stopped returning calls and we took it as a sign that we were going to have to let go of the idea of using our insurance for good care. She didn’t even know what existential depression was! Ugh!

We have great and not great experiences here. My son’s psychologist is great! She is very understanding and very accommodating to scheduling time and days. When you work full time, have your own chronic health issues, and have a special needs kid getting time off during the day is HARD due to the many appointments we have in our lives. His Psychiatrist is very nice but scheduling with her is horrible. Her scheduler is not understanding or compassionate whatsoever. I mean this is a mental health office. If you are not understanding and want to be argumentative about a time 1.5 years ago when we missed an appointment, please don’t work here. We get threatened to discontinue care if we can’t make a certain day and time because we didn’t call to schedule sooner. We did but then were told that isn’t possible because they always return their calls. Not true! Don’t expect a call back from the practice manager about your concerns as well. They will most likely say they never got a call about that either. I work in customer service and great customer service is not what we are getting.

It's impossible to get in contact with anyone, even the people responsible for the phones, the therapists and psychiatrists are cold and disinterested. I went to them because I was in crisis during the pandemic and they were the only ones taking new patients. I'm just gonna find a new company.
I have had five therapists in my life, and the most wonderful one-on-one therapist (Marilyn Peuquet) I've had is at this facility. I have spoken with three therapists here, two of which have been lovely, and the third is why I am rating 4 stars instead of 5. She no longer works at this practice, which is a relief, and I therefore now have a very positive opinion about this place. The people here have changed my life for the better.

This place feels like a scam. Ever since I walked in and talked to the first therapist, she felt fake. Then she had a contract with the strictest and highest rates I've ever seen for cancelled or late appointments. $120! Read the contact carefully, or better yet, go somewhere else. Even for the first offense, it counts. In all my years of going to medical establishments, I've never had this issue. I almost never miss appointments. We're human who make mistakes, not robots, treat us with respect. It's a mental health office and I feel like I need a therapist with the stress I'm dealing with. How ironic! I only signed the contract because I got pressure from my doctor. I had doubts when signing it and I should've gone with my gut and refused it. I don't want other people to make the same mistake.
The people there feel like robots and the office manager Estelle is rude. I talked about one reason why I think I shouldn't have to pay the cancellation fee and she laughed. How old is she? Six? I'm never going back. I've been at other places like this which treat people with respect. I went here based on a recommendation from a doctor, but now I'm questioning his future recommendations.
Look at the Yelp reviews of the same place. It's very negative. I don't usually check Yelp, but for people like me who use Google, I hope to save you money and stress.
In other news, it took nearly two months to be seen after not calling to schedule my second appointment because they lost my papers after the first appointment.
Update Nov. 2021: to show further proof that they don't care, I've not been there for an appointment for three years and have been off of medications for many years and I've never received a call about how I'm doing. Thank God that I found GABA to be better than any of the medications prescribed to me by this place.
