- ETEileen TarteApr 5, 20264.0All was good for my 95 yr old Mom. Chris the RN was over the top amazing! Only negative was food service. My Mom filled out meal form religiously with myneice. When meals came she never got what was requested?? She needed low salt diet and soft foods at this age but was given pork chops & meals she could not chew with only few teeth left. Desserts were missing. I think they need to up their game in food management there. They gave her a recliner to elevate her legs that appeared older than her. Torn and ripped. My neice talked to Administrator and a new one arrived the next day. Other than that all was a great rehab experience. She was discharged at 95 to independent living!!
